Within the Lighting and Colour module, for our assessment, our task is to key a green screen with somebody reading the a script from Hamlet. The script is sent to us from the exam board along with the background in front of which the subject is to be placed. Once we had the background, we had to examine the lighting in order to replicate this in the TV studio.
The above photo is the background that we have to use. From looking at this image, there are 4 main points from which the main sources of light come from. Another thing that I had to take note of is the orangey tint. This means that I had to alter the colour of the lighting using a colour gel, and may need to tweak the colour of the subject in post production.
